O&P News: 2008 Policy Forum
Time Is Running Out!

Make a difference in the future of O&P: register today for the 2008 AOPA Policy Forum!

If you are planning on attending the 2008 AOPA Policy Forum, you must make your hotel reservations soon. The deadline for receiving the special AOPA rate
at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda is this Friday, Feb. 15. The special rate is only available for the block of rooms that AOPA has reserved.
There is NO WAY you can by-pass the opportunity to:
  • Listen to former Sen. Bob Dole discuss his recent role as the Co-Chair of the President’s Commission on Care for America’s Returning Wounded Warriors.
  • Hear CMS Administrator Kerry Weems discuss O&P reimbursement policies, the President’s budget proposals for a new round of provider cuts, new quality standards, and other Medicare-related  issues that affect your business
  • You can be the first O&P professional in your community to attend an official White House policy briefing tailored to O&P issues, and take home the insights you garner from White House health policy providers to implement in your business!
  • Discuss with your Congressman how the legislation they pass affects your financial well-being!
If you are planning on attending this important event, we urge you to register now! After Feb. 15, we cannot guarantee that rooms will be available, nor can we control the room rate. You can contact the Hyatt Regency Bethesda at (800) 233-1234 or (301) 657-1234. Be sure to ask for the AOPA Policy Forum room block.
