Payment
Payments for product orders should be pre-paid via money order, check, VISA or MasterCard. Checks should be made payable to the AOPA Bookstore.
Shipping/Handling
A handling fee of $2 will be added to your order. All orders are shipped from the East Coast via UPS Ground (approximately 4-8 days transit time). Other shipping options are available for an additional charge. Call the AOPA Bookstore for details: (571) 431-0865.
International Orders
Shipping charges for international orders will be assessed exact postage by weight of shipment. Ask the O&P Bookstore for details.
Limited Quantity
AOPA does its very best to keep items in stock and up-to-date. Products listed in the catalog may be in limited quantity. Prices are applicable based on availability of merchandise and are subject to change without notice.
Claims
Damages, shortages, or defective items should be reported to the AOPA Bookstore at (571) 431-0865 as soon as possible.
AOPA Refund/Return Policy
AOPA wants its members and customers to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the AOPA bookstore at (571) 431-0865.
AOPA will grant full refunds (less any applicable taxes, shipping and handling), for new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AOPA within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Publications must be in re-sellable condition.
If orders were placed over the Web site, you may be required to provide your credit card number to receive your refund.
