AOPA Conducts Comprehensive Survey of the O&P Profession
ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18,
2007—The American Orthotic & Prosthetic
Association (AOPA) has hired an independent firm (Industry Insights) to conduct a
comprehensive survey of the orthotics and prosthetics (O&P)
profession for the purpose of gauging performance and compensation
benchmarks. The last survey was conducted in 2004.
All O&P patient care facilities are invited to participate in
this FREE and CONFIDENTIAL survey. All participants will receive a FREE
COPY of the final report. Participating AOPA members will also receive
a customized report that compares their business to companies of a
similar size and location and to the entire O&P profession.
By participating in this study, companies can gain valuable financial
and compensation feedback without having to pay an outside consultant
thousands of dollars.
“We invested five hours of our time in completing
the last survey in 2004, and our return on this investment was well
over 1,000%! The operating performance information was an especially
powerful motivator in how we budgeted our resources and where
leadership focused their time. I heartily recommend this survey to
anyone who wants to lead their company to improved
performance,” said John Renz, president & CEO of
Creative Orthotics & Prosthetics, Elmira, N.Y.
Participants can take the survey online at
www.AOPAsurvey.com.
To receive a printed copy of the survey, e-mail your company name,
address, and the name of the person who should receive the survey to
Corrinn Mullins at
cmullins@AOPAnet.org.
