Registration is now open!
Don’t
miss the premier event for leaders in the orthotic, prosthetic and
pedorthic profession—The AOPA National Assembly.
HOW TO REGISTER: For your
convenience, there are three easy ways to register. Select the method
that is most convenient
for you. Complete one
registration form for each attendee.
- REGISTER ONLINE: Select the “Register Online” link to complete the online registration form. Payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover when registering online.
- EXHIBITORS REGISTER HERE: Select the “Exhibitors Register Here” link to complete the online exhibitor registration form. Exhibitors must register online only. Do not fax or mail a your exhibitor registration form.
- REGISTER BY FAX: To register by Fax, select the “Register by Fax” link and print the registration form. Complete the form and fax it to (401) 765-6677. To avoid duplicate charges, please do not mail your form after faxing it.
- REGISTER BY MAIL: To register by mail, select the "Register by Mail” link and print the registration form and mail it with payment to AOPA 2009, c/o ExpoTrac Registration Services, P.O. Box 1280, Woonsocket, RI 02895.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS:
Emails confirming registration will be sent to each registrant. Read your email carefully. If corrections or changes are needed, please follow the instructions on your confirmation prior to August 11. After August 11 all registration changes will be handled on site in Seattle.
BADGES AND EVENT TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON SITE:
On-site registration will open in Seattle on Saturday, September 19 at 10:00 AM. Each attendee needs to check in at on-site registration. No badges can be picked up for others attending the show.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Book, modify or cancel your reservation directly with the Sheraton at the following link: AOPA 2009 NATIONAL ASSEMBLY or by calling (206) 621-9000. Be sure to mention the AOPA National Assembly in order to get the group rate.
AOPA has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Seattle, 1400 6th Avenue, Seattle, Washington. Located less than a block from the convention center and in the city’s vibrant core, the AAA Four Diamond award-winning Sheraton Seattle Hotel is a gateway to all the sights, sounds and experiences of the fabulous Pacific Northwest. The best of Seattle is just outside our front door – exciting nightlife, gourmet restaurants, world-class shopping and of course, the heart of the financial and business district.
The hotel rates at The Seattle Sheraton Hotel for AOPA Assembly attendees are $200 for luxury suites (single or double occupancy). RESERVE EARLY. HOTEL WILL LIKELY SELL-OUT OVER THE DATES OF THE AOPA NATIONAL ASSEMBLY. Please be sure your reservation request reaches The Sheraton prior to August 11, 2009, when any remaining rooms will be released. There is NO GUARANTEE that rooms will be available at the Assembly convention rate. Rates quoted here are on a space-available basis only. Once the AOPA Assembly block of rooms is sold out, which may be earlier than August 11, 2009, there is no guarantee that rooms will be available nor that they will be available at the AOPA Assembly rate.
Please note that this block of rooms is being held exclusively for Assembly attendees, those booking rooms are required to register for the Assembly by August 11 or they will not be eligible for the group rate.
CANCELLATIONS:
To receive a refund of registration fees, less a $50 processing fee, notification of cancellation must be received in writing no later than August 11, 2009. Please fax any registration cancellations to AOPA at (571) 431-0899, Attn: Erin Kennedy. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 11, 2009. Substitutions are allowed but must be in writing. The Seattle Sheraton has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the Sheraton directly at (888) 627-7056 or (206) 621-9000.
Please note that no refunds will be processed until after the Assembly.
