    VMX CAD/CAM foam blanks are available in three cost-effective foam densities: 2 pound, 4 pound and 6 pound. Choose from over 60 standard block sizes for AK, BK, AFO, cranial and TLSO applications.

    In addition to our CAD/CAM blank stock sizes, we can make custom sizes for your individual fabrication needs. We also developed and offer a vacuum mandrel system specifically for TLSO carving and fabrication.

    The VMX CAD/CAM foam blanks eliminate plaster dust, avoid messy two-part foam mixing, offer no need to fix air pocket voids, accommodate a variety of carver mandrels and adhere to the Montreal Protocol.
